So you can see in the tracking sheet that I really fell apart when I got a bad cold in the middle of April. Plus Mom was here so I was having fun doing things with her and didn't work up the motivation to exercise a lot. And I ate TONS of junk. But, all in all, it wasn't as much a regression as I had anticipated. I had put off weighing myself because I knew it was going to be bad. But I weighed myself this morning and I was 224.6, which isn't too much above my recent low. So I'm rededicating myself to doing better. :-)
Anybody out there going to play along with me in May? I could use the moral support.
