So my pants are fitting looser. It's nice. And I haven't been doing a whole lot. Biking to work, something to get my heart rate up for a little while, some situps and pushups each day, and not eating any junk until after I exercise. It's working. I weigh less than I did and I feel better. It hasn't been long enough to make a solid habit, but it's coming.
I am thinking about making a no treats rule for next month. I don't know yet. I am excited about how it's working and I hope I will stick with it.
How's everybody else doing?
