I sort of dropped the ball the end of May but I am determined to get back on track this month. Karl, I think it is great you are building muscle. It will help speed up your metabolism and you will find you are losing weight again or at least inches. Way to go!!!!

Thanks for the 'before 8:00 a.m.' advice. That should help me out but since it is already 9:21 a.m. I guess I can't get into the living room and turn that /@## Polatis DVD on for today! Heh, heh, heh.

Hey. I have had success just drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I hate drinking water and have to force myself but it has helped me feel less 'junky'. That is a real triumph for me. Last night, though, I learned that if you miss 4 glasses during the day you are very dumb to drink it at 10:00 when you go to bed.

I need some help motivating myself to walk into the livingroom and turn on Polatis. Anyone that would like to come and force me would be welcome.

Yeah!

My mid-month crisis was early and short this month, so that means I'm gonna have more good days this month. :-)

I also am going to weigh in tomorow. So we'll see how that goes. Anybody know how to get to bed at a good time?

You have inspired me that just by tracking and reporting, you have dropped 10 lbs. in a month! That is amazing. While I don't think I will drop 10 lbs. in 1 month, I am ready to dedicate some time to myself to become a healthier me. Thanks!
