Hey. I have had success just drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I hate drinking water and have to force myself but it has helped me feel less 'junky'. That is a real triumph for me. Last night, though, I learned that if you miss 4 glasses during the day you are very dumb to drink it at 10:00 when you go to bed.

I need some help motivating myself to walk into the livingroom and turn on Polatis. Anyone that would like to come and force me would be welcome.

  1. I have found that if you don't do it before 8:00 AM, it takes incredible amounts of motivation to do it later in the day. So do it first thing, like it or not. I want to quit at about 10 pushups each day, but I keep going and am glad I did for the rest of the day. :-)
